Hi, I’m (Sgt.)Doug Setter and thank you for stopping by. 

It is my intent to share methods of mental conditioning, nutrition and training that can help you as it transformed my own life. 

Growing up as a sick, underweight kid,  I struggled with gaining strength and getting beaten on by the high school jocks and various goons. Through little known methods I was able to gain 40 pounds of muscle, become a paratrooper, welterweight kick-boxing title holder and author, remove my allergies, run full marathons, climb Mount Rainier and go from a high school C average student to earning a Bachelor of Human Ecology.
