Hi, I’m Doug Setter. My mission is to show you the exercises, nutrients and strategies to build yourself to be stronger, fitter, happier and healthier. I have trained for years in different health systems and have taught loads of people courses in Stomach Flattening, Kick-boxing, outdoor skills and self-defense.
